Someone had asked about "body movement in relation to dance books". I picked up a book called Dance Kinesiology by Sally Fitt and found some interesting stuff. The part I'm reading now is especially interesting, about body types and realizing your body's limitations depending on your type (makes me feel better to think my genetic make-up might be some of my problem!). In any event, I recommend it. Also has good stuff on preventing dance-related injuries.

On another note, I am interested in buying a couple of technique vidoes, for Smooth & Rythym. I can't afford a whole library full of videos, so can you recommend one or two that you think are highly useful? I don't need any on variations, etc.

Thanks!
