VARIATION OF THE WEEK ...

The "VARIATION OF THE WEEK..." is a wonderful feature of this site. But it appears that the same "VARIATION OF THE WEEK..." routine has been used for a long time without any change. I really hope to see this feature to be activated again. Thank you!

Your timing was odd, seeing as how the variation had been freshly renewed a few hours before you posted your message. Anyway, the variation you were referring to was the first new one to appear in months, since recent series of mishaps.

When a variation hasn't been rotated for a while, people tend to start checking up less often, so I thought I'd run the first new one for two weeks to make sure that everybody got a chance to see it. Variations from this point forward will once again be rotated on a weekly basis, unless an earthquake swallows us up.

(Don't laugh... after all we've been through this year, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it actually happens).

Regards,
Jonathan Atkinson
