OK - here's a step-by-step (DOH!)description of how to view clips.
Click on "Learning centre" and you'll open up the page.
Click on the picture under "Variation of the week"
This opens a page which has tabs - overview, man's part, lady's part (you may want to print these out) and MEDIA
Click on media
You have 3 options - Windows media, Real Player, and "quicktime"
I suggest you use "quicktime" because if it doesn't work, or you don't have quicktime installed, there is a link on the same page to let you download it off the web. But try the others if quicktime doesn't work.
The other advantage of using quicktime is that if it DOES work, and you want to save the clip to disk, there are one or two people here who can tell you exactly hoew to do it!
It's worth the effort because these clips are brilliant.

I did a Google search for the error # you mentioned, and although it wasn't perefectly clear, it seems to have somethig to do with network problems. That means it could be anything from general network congestion to problems with your internet connection, or anything in between.

I also saw one entry that said something about certain firewall software blocking the port that Windows Media Player uses, so if you have Norton Internet Security or Zone Alarm Pro, try temporarily disabling it. If you can view the clip after that, then you'll know what the problem is, and you'll need to configure your firewall to open that port.
