Iluv2Dance, I'm not saying that I think it's necessary to save the term "CBMP" only for situations excluding the causal rotation, just that the term has sometimes been used that way. I was suggesting that if we go back to that early definition, we can satisfy those who would complain that the book doesn't call for CBMP in all the situations where some of us might use it, by pointing out that the book mentions CBMP only when the position is seperated from it's cause.
