Reading your post very carefully, I was so glad to learn that my coach told me right : lady shapes herself to the left from the shoulder blades level ;stands up straight with the navel pushed back and buttock mucular tone increased ( diminished backside curve to creat a long straight spine ). On my own view, current competitors are superior than those who did not update themselves due to their own reasons. Learning is necessary.
What we see or think is usually not correct , especially for the bigginers .
