Sandra. If you are interested this came of the letter service on video which I have. In the classes held at their studio they split into three groups. The beginners both male and female start in the fan position. Do the Hockey Stick making sure that that on the third beat the turn is made at the end of the step and not into it, giving it an and count. That step on the third beat is taken slightly across the body ( the reason for this is explained) Now go to the Fan Position and repeat coming back to where you came. The Semi Advanced Class start the same but this time Spiral after the Fan. The Advanced class add a Spin after the Spiral and finish up in the Fan Position This is done several times to music and you can keep practising this Forever and a Day. I hope this helps in some way.
