A friend of mine only last week was at a Dance Camp in this country. The instructors were from overseas. One a very big name in dancing Had them in the Jive, for four minutes on one leg, a flick to the floor and a lift of the thigh to a horizontal position whilst working the standing leg. Then switch sides. Evidently that is the sort of training which is standard for a competitor. Also any person boy or girl who was not paying attention was given 20 push ups to do.
