Suomynona. I disagree when you say that the body is still when the rise switches to fall. The sway plus the coming out of sway which joins with CBM. I doubt if there is enough time to come to a body still position, even for a fraction. I have always been told that with the movement of the body there is no such word as stop. For some it will be easier to understand by going to the Rumba . In this dance the feet do stand still, but the hips never stop moving, not at any time.With modern of course it is not the hips.
