A lot of what you see pros doing really comes down to technique--really using the lead-follow connection, really placing feet exactly where and how they should be, transfering weight properly, using feet, knees, and hips right in latin/rhythm dancing, creating arm styling by initiating the movement in the core, etc. If you've only been dancing a few months, it will take a while before your technique is up to all that.

A little bit of it is acting. You can play around with that in practice if you want to. But I would advise against trying too hard to incorporate the "flash and trash" in your dancing before you have a really solid technical base. Your styling will improve gradually along with your technical improvement.
