I worked in a house where the daughter a Ballerina, in a Belguim company, was home on a two week holiday. They had a bar and a mirror and every day she did stretching and the bar work. She told me that even on holidays it is necessary to go through this routine and never miss a day. Ever since that day whenever possible I have done my Forward and Backward Walks on my own or with anybody else who would join in. It is suprising in a studio how many will join in when they see somebody who is game enough to do it. The idea is to do them correctly and analyse what is happening.
