For those who like Latin. A very easy to do excercise is. Stand feet apart toes turned out That is position one or neutral.Move the weight to the left and raising the right heel from the floor.
We now have the right hip higher than the left. That is position two. Back to position one and raise the left heel from the floor, the left hip is higher than the right that is position three. To give this a count position one is an and count.
Can you do all of the above whilst doing a front and back basic.
When coming to a neutral position don' t just move the hip, dance it.
