having worked for them for many yrs ( in the past ) I believe they have trade marked the words " Magic Step ", which is the foundation name of the franchises conception , and also , the name of the first step in their Bronze sylab.f/trot .

Do remember-- their " system " was modelled on the english medal test system. It was put in place by Archie Dixon, who was brought to the organisation (in Canada ) to implement same .
The program that was in place before his arrival, had essentially catered to the American style.
They added the Intern. style dances, at the Gold level with Archie as the advisor .
Medal divisions in Amer. bronze, are fairly in line with each other. The content in Silver and above, tends to vary to some degree .
