Ask your instructor for a copy of the syllabus. It describes the steps in great detail (head position, amount of rotation, preceding steps, following steps, etc.) Just seeing a description of it isn't nearly enough, though. Seeing pictures also won't do the step justice. Our coaches provide us with copies of the syllabus as well as video tapes to watch for "homework," and that way we can use our studio lesson time more productively. Plus, we get the really cool variations and developments! :)

Back when we first started dancing, we wanted to do "that neat pose all the pros do" which we learned was a throwaway oversway. So we looked for descriptions, pictures, asked questions in forums such as this... and were told to seek an instructor's advice. We mentioned it to our instructor... and eventually (down the road) she showed us how it "worked," how to lead it, how to do it, amount of rotation, how much to lower, everything about how to make it look proper. We found out we weren't quite ready to pull it off yet, but worked towards making it look right and now we can pull it off fairly well!

LOL, sorry for the long-winded reply, but I'll have to give you the same advice we were given: seek the advice and assistance of a knowledgeable instructor. It will save you a multitude of frustration, and you'll learn how to do the step properly.
