A tip when learning. The man must have a good idea of the ladies steps. It would help if the lady knows the man's steps but not as important. Does your partner know that on an Open Telemark the lady has a Heel Turn. Could he do one himself correctly. If he can't then how is he going to lead the lady into an Open Telemark or any other move. Be patient. The man has much more to learn than the lady.
