So, the two figures in question appear to be: Promenade (with) Underarm Turn, Promenade Pivot. Another instance of the importance of using correct terminology, even at the risk of sounding too "technical."

I would like to comment that either figure ought not to be the first (or second) figure taught in American Bronze Foxtrot. Just getting proper promenade position takes quite a bit of patience.
