Yes, I have had experience with both Moonlight and Salsa 9pm. DO NOT GET THEM they will fall apart faster then your Very Fine shoes! Believe it or not most ballroom dance shoes out their come from just 2 major factories. This means you can buy 2 different brands at 2 different prices from 2 different stores and they will most likely be the same quality from the same factory!
I kept having the problem of my shoes wearing out in just a few weeks (I am a serious competitive dancer.) So I did a lot of research and bought a lot of shoes. I have found that
Amys After 5 brand do not come from the same 2 factories as most of the other brands out their. They last some much longer then other brands and I have yet to wear out the heel on them. They still have the original heel suede and I have been wearing this brand for almost 2 years know. They are fully padded from the heel to the toe and unlike other brands I've tried the padding does not flatten out right away so it stays cushioned longer. They are a fairly new brand but I find them to be more comfortable and made of better materials then even the top brands. And they are 1/2 the price of the top brands! (About $70) Plus my balance improved when I started wearing them. I defiantly recommend giving them a try.
