Jillian. Google IDSF Grand Slam 05 Paso Double. Knees normal walking or marching. Definately not stiff straight. All heel leads. Little if any rise and fall. No sway on your steps, only shaping. Leaning back. Only if the move requires a shape where the back may be arched. You are creating shapes in space and joining in that world of make believe. That's Dancing . Good Luck.
