If it is just practise. Put a Rumba on, just fill in the 4.1. with 4 and 1.

We like "Smooth" by Carlos Santana - it seems slow enough for us. If you want really slow, you could use some rhumbas...

Install "Winamp"

Install a tempo changing plug-in such as "Pacemaker" or "Chronotron"

Use winamp to play the track, with the tempo changer set to the speed you want.

This gives you basically the same capability as a fancy pro-DJ CD player... using $300 worth of computer that you probably already own (you did post a message here after all).

Ricky Martin's "Amor". I downloaded it into the studio computer--and ALL the teachers said it was a great slow cha-cha!

I need to know - Marc Anthony - 29 bars per minute
Evil ways - Santana - 30 bpm
My favourite waste of time - Owen Paul - 30 bpm

Della Reese has a nice Cha Cha Cha cd with some good slow songs.

Kind regards,

Fred
