Once you've submitted the ad, you will see a link to add a photo on the confirmation page.

If you happen to skip that page, you can always go back and add a photo to your ad later. From the "My BDC" start page, click on the "My Classifieds" tab, then scroll down the page to find the ad to which you wish to add a photo. Costume ads will show two placeholders, which will say "No Photo". Below the placeholder will be a link to add a photo. Click on this link, and the rest is self-explanatory.
