The good thing is that I already own a place which I am preparing for a studio. Well... for now I have only one room where I teach Salsa clases.. but I am still working on the place since it can hold two more class rooms. The hardest thing is covered since I don't have to worry about rent expense, I have that on my side, I also have a lot of people that follow my teaching, and that is another plus...
You gave a lot of pointers that will definitely help. I guess I just have to look into the things that you are sugesting so I can refine my knowledge in dancing and create my own style...
