Just go to one of the local franchises like Arthur Murray or Fred Astaire and ask there. The other option is to find an independent studio in your area. Call them, ask if they have someone who fits what you are looking for and then go down and tell the instructor what you want. Your best bet actually lies with an independent because the chains sometimes have rules and regs about where and when their instructors can dance.

I can't say everyone will be open and okay but I can't see why you can't find what you are looking for.
