Could be any one of a number of different issues. Start by giving us some information about your computer, including:

Operating system and version
ex: Windows XP SP2, Mac OS X Leopard (10.6)

Browser and Version
ex: Internet Explorer 7, AOL 11, Firefox 3

Flash Version
You can find out what version you have here:

Look for the bright red letters. Directly below that is the info about your operating system, if you don't already know it.

If you can view video on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com), you should in theory be able to view our video clips. However, I have seen some exceptions to this, and they typically center around either the Flash Player or internet security software. Our video player needs Flash Player version 9 or later, so if you have anything older than that, you'll need to upgrade to the latest version of Flash. Also, if you have any internet security software, it could be blocking parts of our website. Check the software documentation to learn how to allow access or add our domain to your "whitelist".
