I was out for two months when I broke my toe, the one next to the pinky toe. Keep it taped, stay off it as much as possible and be very careful not to reinjure it! Don't go back to dancing until you know it's better, and still be careful with it. Get lots of calcium...take a supplement, that's better than milk. Good luck, and my sympathies!

phil.samways is right. Let it heal. I also speak from experience - seven stitches in the hip and went dancing 4 days later. BIG MISTAKE. Rest up. Your body is busy healing itself.
