Thank you Jerry and Phil for your assistance. I was able to do what you suggested. Can't wait for the variation to change to see if it works.

You can easily do this yourself. If you use "Quicktime" to view the variation, you will find it has been downloaded into your "Temporary Internet" folder as a file called "variation.mov" You can search for this if your computer is set up differently.
Just save this somewhere with an appropriate name and bingo!
Saving the printed steps is not so easy. I print them off and keep them in a folder with the file name for reference.
