American Rumba

Sure, you can see some samples of American style Rumba at https://www.ballroomdancers.com/Dances/featured_steps.asp?Dance=ARU

American style Rumba actually has quite a bit in common with its International counterpart. The music is similar, as are many of the figures. American Rumba is a bit faster, and is danced with a less lyrical, more rhythmical style of movement. Check out some of the previous discuccions, either in the Latin Dance Discussion forum or the American vs. International Forum to learn more about American style "bent leg action".
