Your feet will start to get accustomed to the shoes in time. Avoid getting pedicures for a while so you can toughen up your tootsies! I have found that wearing peds the first few wearings breaks in the shoe just lovely. If you can't stand that... then buy some Dr. Scholl's Moleskin pads and put them around your big toe. They are tan in color so they will go unnoticed for a while. I actually put those on the bottom of my heels as a protector. I used to wear pointe shoes a lot and found all these neat tricks. Hope this helps!
