DJSILVER. Tango Reverse Turn International Style. If on the 3rd step ,lady outside, if you, and equally so she do NOT do this step in CBMP you will have two hips fully exposed. If your partner does not know what CBMP is they to be a good dancer must learn.
The same technique is used in the Waltz. During the Reverse Weave on step four which is the first step of the Passing change CBMP is also a must.

djsilver As well as having your feet positioned diagnal to the wall in CBMP. As man try turning your body a little more anti- clockwise towards the LOD. The next step goes towards wall. This second step has been pre determind by your first step. From here you will get a very dynamic Link with strong CBMP on the first step.. I have also been told that a common fault is to walk on beat two instead of beat one in a Walk and many simular other steps the same. This gets difficult to explain , but here goes. Closed Promenade S Q Q S on the last quick see how easy it is to do the slow, only arriving on the second beat. In other words use the beats as they were intended to be used

look in the 'learning center' of this website. american tango would probably be easiest to cover in writing.

DJSILVER. I wonder if you are aware that
timing can be altered to suite yourself. That troublesome step in the Open Reverse Turn with the lady outside, you can if you wish give Step Three an extra Slow. Also the same is being done on the second step of a walk , hold it for an extra two beats, then Link. You see we can bend the good book as long as the judges like what they see. This is of course the Tango International Style. Have you tried a Four Step with a head flick Right, Left to two beats before going into a Closed Promenade. There is a reason for this which you can possibly work out.
