You are right polished..I need to work the floor more. Sometimes I catch myself being back-weighted(pressure on my heels)instead of putting pressure directly into the floor thru the balls of my feet.I will try your suggestions this week..dancing my cha to a rumba and wearing something that keeps me aware of my knees..Thanks
