I do not know who your students were, but I assure you that much like International Ballroom instructors, there are teachers who are very good, and others who are not so good. There are some who are better dancers than they are teachers. There are some who can really teach, but are not great performers.

I have seen some terrible Ballroom instructors. However, I do not judge all Ballroom instructors by the few bad ones I have seen.

I can tell you that many of the top Round Dance Leaders have been taking weekly lessons with some of the best Ballroom Dancers in the Country.
