There is only one way to learn and that is private lessons. To learn for instance in modern. CBM and CBMP, correct use of knees and feet you might learn this in a group class, but not as well as with a good teacher. In Latin, the correct use of the hips as in Rumba, not the easiest to learn even with a teacher. I know a guy who has never had a private lesson ever, only group. He dances like a block of wood, his right elbow almost pointing to the floor. Now it has become habit ( muscle memory). Get yourself a goog teacher. as I said before there is no other way to learn.
