Dancing is my therapy. It's what I do to let go of the stress and annoyance of the day. Even if I'm just in my livingroom, I'm constantly moving. It's in my soul!

As a young child, I danced because thats the way the music moved me. As a young man, I dance to impress and meet girls. As I aged, I danced because I really enjoyed it and wanted to improve and teach. The older I got, the more technique I craved. It brought me to meet my current wife that has the same interests. I now teach and dance to spread the joy to others and the health benefits are just a bonus.

Challenging (and giving up) the stories and fears I made up (while growing up) had me start dancing about a year ago. It is clearly an expression of freedom ...coupled with peace, passion and contentment...things we sometimes lose site of along the way:)
