Unfortunately, it seems that every suggestion imposes more work on the party to whom it is suggested. This message fits that genre - sorry.

Let me suggest that the Variation "Overview" sheet be formated into a table, basically of two columns.
This would allow easier definition between the step count and the steps.
Yes, sheets showing the Lady's Part and the Men's part do this but those sheets don't tie in the names of the steps.

Below is an example copied from a table I made up. Sorry, the Message Board does not accept tables so we see it here without benefit of table lines.

The Count and Description each appear in separate columns but here, below, the columns sometimes violate the format.
