Phil. Unless your setup is correct at the beginning everything you do will be a compromise. Instead of ploughing into groups much more time must be spent on the setup, or if you like poise. Some friends of mine went to the UK to compete and for lessons. In their first few lessons the whole 50 minutes was spent on the above. Another couple i know struck something simular in the Samba. They at first never got past eight bars of music without being stopped and sent back to the beginning. They said later that it was the best thing that ever happend to them. So there you go
