I don't think you are too young at all to learn ballroom. I think the best ballroom dancers do start young! I am 22 years old and I am going to be starting ballroom next year with my boyfriend. I think it would be a wonderful opportunity for you to start at 14... trust me- when you get older, your body ISN'T the same! Developing dance is much is easier when you are younger! I waited til I was 17 to start working on higher level skills, and it was a big mistake! Take the opportunity babe! And best wishes to you! Hope to see ya compete on TV someday ;)!
