If you want your dancing to improve rapidly, work on your Flexibility, strength,& endurance. After many years i found the best exercise regimen for me was spinning for leg strength & cardio, various crunches to strengthen the abdominals & lats, and a basic ballet bar for proper carriage, balance & flexibility
