You did not say which dance you are working on. This is what I found on www.Google.com
Keep in mind that the parallel walk starts in closed position, goes to outside partner, and ends in closed position.
There was very limited info about the double hesitation.
The teacher will cover the steps in your next class or you can ask about them.
