With me I always ,if a subject comes up check. And would you beleive I have had this very excellent tape for a few years and there are still parts I missed, untill it came up on this site and I checked. The one I am most interested in is the very first step we ever do in Ballroom Dancing, a heel lead. There were a few argument on page 77 ( is there any way of getting to it without clicking 76 times ). The part I was looking for is how far ahead of the body is the leg which is straight, and when does it bend and how much bend of the knee is on the moving foot at the same time, and where is the body. This is Waltz. Its all there on my tape as clear as day. My trouble was I had a pre- conceived idea on how it was done and I did not see what was actuallty happening .It went right over my head. Thanks to this site otherwise I would still be wallowing in my own ignorance. The tape is Modern waltz John Wood.
