To clarify your question, since people use the word "download" to mean different things: Are you having trouble viewing the video from the website, or are you asking if it's possible to save the video to your hard drive for viewing offline?

The answer to the latter question is no. For the time being, you must be connected to the website in order to view the video. Perhaps sometime in the future we will offer pay-per-download video, but that's not an option at present.

If you're simply having trouble viewing the video clips, that can be fixed, so let me know.
