Rumba International Style. Lady in Fan Position The draw up on beat two has a high instep. What part of the foot is in contact with the floor. Then it switches to the LF on the same beat. Question is, is the LF instep suppossed to be as high as the Right was, and as we step off what part of the foot is in contact with the floor.
