Eat a relatively low fat diet with plenty of fiber, fruit, chicken, salmon, turkey and lots of veggies w/o butter. Prepare you own food. Go to Whole Foods to shop. Take in about 1300 to 1800 calories daily of good food. Take Natures Way Alive vitamins. Do an Elyptical machine at your health club for 30 minutes 4 or 5 times a week. Sign up for a Pilates class. Tone your muscles with light weights 3 times a week--you can make it shorter if you take Pilates. Take Pilates at least 3 or 4 days a week and do it the other days on your own--get a dvd. You can take unlimited Pilates classes at your local YMCA--the best deal in our area. Limit your beer and alcohol. Go social dancing often and dance every dance.

Our nationally ranked college football team now take Pilates for flexability and to prevent injuries.

None of the above will work unless you make it part of your long term life style. Short term fixes will not do much and you will be back where you started. In your spare time practice your dance technique.
