Have you checked out the "learn the dances" section of the website? It's pretty well done, so you can definitely take a look at that. I've always preferred taking actual lessons though (something to do with me being too lazy and unmotivated otherwise...), so once you've exhausted those online lessons, maybe you can look into getting lessons locally? Ballroom lessons can be expensive, but if you live near a college campus or something, they usually do some pretty cheap (and fun and laid-back) dance classes. So that might be fun for you and your gf to do. She sounds pretty cool, and like a very lucky girl :) Good luck, and have fun!
