Slit weight, Does it happen. Is it described. Where does the misunder - standing of this come from. It does get mentioned page 10 Alex Moore. I've just been watching some athletics on TV. Watching the runners in the 400 meters The body to me apears to stay dead center as they stride, than the legs are in a nuetral position under the body. The body apears to stay in one position and is carried by the legs. Yes ,we are dancers and not runners. But how different is it to a straight ahead step. I think the word bodyflight is a destructive word and can be misinterpreted and turned into something that it was never intended to be. Who doesn't think that the lower you are to the floor the more your foot will go ahead of the body. It is up to us to find what will be the length of that step and what is best for us. With of courser with some help from our teachers
