I'm doing a dance studio showcase medley with Samba and Rumba in 2 months. Most of it will be silver and gold syllabus with a some additional choreography. I can't decide whether to do 3 minutes, or 3 1/2 minutes. Each dance would be split in equal time. What is a good time limit for a medley? I have done some 3 minute medleys, but never 3 1/2 or possibly 4 minutes. I think we could hold the auidences attention since we would be doing Samba last and our routine is very lively.

What amount of time has anyone done with a showcase or exhibition? What seems to be the best time limit for the audience?
