Flo. No sway in the International style of Tango. Oversway is a picture step and is stationary and you are not swaying to turn. Here's where it can get tricky. A Fallaway in the Waltz, some do a sway on the first two steps. The same couple would not do the sway on the same steps in the Tango. Forget the sway !!!.
