without getting too technical, after you have done the first part of the twinkle, stretch your left side on the 4 to get her to feel the continued movement of the chasse. Also, she should be able to feel the difference in your rise and fall. I have heard differing opinions from various coaches-lets face it, dancing is an art and therefore subjective, but leading by stretching through the left side is what feels the best for me.
