I feel your pain, I order ballroom shoes from a company back in Alabama and guess what? Did not get the shoes I had ordered and many calls to customer service, e-mails ect. no response. So I contacted the Better Business Bureau in that state and looked on their website and found this business listed in a pretty unfavorable light. I have since requested to have the paperwork sent to me to file a claim against them and hopefully get my money returned. Make sure you have copies of e-mails, billing, copies of charges to your bank account ect. I was told that this would be very helpful when they process my claim. Like you I thought I had chosed a reputable company, but got scammed in the process. I hope this helps you and you get some form of satisfaction.
