Re: how many times should you practice

You find out fairly quickly how much you enjoy doing this. I have gone through what I would call my major dancing cycles a few times -- when I was just a kid, and then when I was in my 20's and again now when I am in my 50's. During all of these cycles, I was taking a lot of lessons and practicing every day without fail. In my "off dancing" cycle, I was teaching my son baseball and golf, both of which took a lot of time. But when I am into dancing, which I foresee sticking with now until my maker says it is time to do it in heaven, I hate to miss even one day of practicing -- and I try to go over as much as I can in each dance. So it's easily an hour or more -- usually in the morning, before my work day starts.
