Those who know about physical fitness know that it is just as important to use stretching as a warm down as it is a warm up.
Those who are interested in tennis. Has it been noticed that Nadal wears a narrow band under each knee when playing. With his exceptional mobilty it is obviously there for some kind of support or protection.
