I purchased a DVD on-line called "International Latin Elements" featuring Janna Kunitz and her husband as the instructors. I also have Core Rhythms (which I ordered directly through the infomercial) and I'm VERY happy with it (good ab workout and JUST PLAIN FUN!) and Janna was great on those DVDs so I figured I would be very happy w/ this DVD to learn some technique on my own in addition to lessons & group classes.
Here's the problem: I ordered the DVD over 2 weeks ago. When I called the 1-888 customer service number, some girl on the phone said that she didn't even have an order from me. Ummmm.....ok??? So, I called my credit card company and sure enough, the charge was there from the company (DV Creations...the production company that processes the orders for DanceSportVideos.com, the website where I ordered the DVD). After confirming the charge, I tried to call the same number back......10 TIMES WITH NO ANSWER AND SEVERAL TIMES IT WENT DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL W/O RINGING AT ALL!!!! (Mind you, I didn't do back-to-back calling. This was over a period of approx 2 hours) When I finally got through, it was the same girl and she says that "I was the one you spoke to on the phone. Oh, you said Core Rhythms. That's why I didn't have your order." Ummmm, no sweetheart. I never said ANYTHING about Core Rhythms! I specifically ONLY gave you my name and stated that I was inquiring about a DVD that I ordered over 2 weeks ago! Whatever. When she found my order, I was told that it was on back order. BACK ORDER!!!??? For over 2 WEEKS!!! So, your company had an order on back order for over 2 weeks and I was never contacted about it!? So, I guess I would just get the DVD whenever it gets to my house, right!!!???? There was no apology, no offer to make the problem right! It was more like an "ooopppss, my bad" undertone. If I don't get my DVD by the end of the week, there will be another phone call made to the company!
This is in no way a hit against Janna, but the company (DV Creations) sucks w/ customer service!!!!!!
