I cannot speak to programs of study in the way of formal classes, but Texas A&M has a very active ballroom dance group and they take a lot of classes from a local teacher who is good. I believe Ohio State also has a ballroom group although I am not personally familiar with them. I am certain many other large schools have groups.

are you seeking to study dance for a career or to find a university where you can dance while getting your degree?
